A huge rally with lakhs of Congress workers is being planned on July 7, on the occasion of TPCC new office bearers swearing-in ceremony. Congress leaders and cadres across Telangana are energised to fight for achieving a socially justified and empowered Telangana (Samajika Telangana) under the new TPCC team headed by Revanth Reddy.

Rally Details
1. The route map of the rally to be held from Peddamma Thalli Temple to Gandhi Bhavan has been readied. Newly appointed TPCC chief Revanth Reddy will first offer prayers at Peddamma Thalli Temple before proceeding with the rally. The rally will pass through Jubilee Hills Check Post, LV Prasad Eye Hospital, Nagarjuna Circle, GVK Mall, Care Hospital, Masab Tank, Vijaynagar Colony, Bazar Ghat, Nampally Dargah and culminate at Gandhi Bhavan.
2. Dr Dasoju Sravan urged Congress cadres to follow discipline and COVID appropriate behaviour during the rally, as dozens of thousands of leaders and workers are expected to participate in the rally. Senior Congress leader appealed to Telangana Police and GHMC officials to cooperate with the rally and not to cause any obstructions with ulterior motives
3. Congress stalwarts like Leader of Opposition in Rajyasabha Mallikarjun Kharge, former Karnataka CM Siddaramaiah, Karnataka Congress president DK Shiva Kumar, Telangana Congress in-charge Manickam Tagore and others will present on the occasion of the swearing-in ceremony
“The much-awaited moment has arrived. The newly appointed Telangana Pradesh Congress Committee leadership team will swear in on July 7, Wednesday. Besides TPCC president Revanth Reddy, newly appointed working presidents, campaign committee chairman Madhu Yaski Goud and election management committee chairman Damodar Raja Narasimha and others will take charge. Congress cadres have been invigorated and energised with the appointment of new leadership for TPCC and are raring to take on draconian TRS and put an end to KCR’s misrule,” said Dr Dasoju Sravan announcing the details about the Congress rally.
“While Sonia Gandhi has delivered Telangana moved by sacrifices of Telangana activists and braving all odds, CM KCR has defeated the very purpose of statehood. While Sonia Gandhi believed in a socially justified and empowered Telangana(Samajika Telangana) where people belonging to all sections get equal opportunities, KCR family has turned Telangana into their fiefdom and betrayed every Telangana household. With new leadership at the helm in TPCC, Telangana cadres are determined to put an end to TRS rule and fulfil the aspiration of Smt Sonia Gandhi by bringing Congress back to power,” said Dr Sravan speaking further on the occasion.
