తెలంగాణ రాష్ట్రంలో లాక్ డౌన్ ను జూన్ 30 వరకు పొడిగించారు. ముఖ్యమంత్రి కె. చంద్రశేఖర్ రావు ఈ మేరకు నిర్ణయం తీసుకున్నారు.
దేశంలో లాక్ డౌన్ ను పొడిగిస్తూ కేంద్ర హోం శాఖ నిన్న జారీ చేసిన మార్గదర్శకాల నేపథ్యంలో ముఖ్యమంత్రి కె. చంద్రశేఖర్ రావు ఈరోజు ప్రధాన కార్యదర్శి సి.ఎస్ సోమేశ్ కుమార్, డిజిపి మహేందర్ రెడ్డి తదితర ఉన్నతాధికారులతో తెలంగాణ పరిస్థితిని సమీక్షించారు.
కంటైన్మేంట్ జోన్లు మినహా ఇతర ప్రాంతాల్లో కేంద్ర ప్రభుత్వం సూచించిన సడలింపులను అమలు చేయాలని ఈ సమావేశంలో నిర్ణయించారు. రాత్రి పూట కర్ఫ్యూ కూడా కేంద్ర మార్గ దర్శకాల ప్రకారం రాత్రి 9 గంటల నుంచి ఉదయం 5 గంటల వరకు రీషెడ్యూల్ చేస్తారు. షాపులను రాత్రి 8 గంటల వరకు మాత్రమే తెరచి ఉంచుతారు. అన్నింటికంటే ముఖ్యంగా ఇతర రాష్ట్రాలకు రాకపోకలు అనుమతిస్తారు. దీనికి ఎలాంటి నియంత్రణ, పాస్ లు అవసరం లేదు.
ఈ మేరకు సోమేష్ కుమార్ జివొ (MS No t2)విడుదల చేశారు.సడలింపులన్నీ తక్షణం అమలులోకి వస్తాయని జివొ లోపేర్కొన్నారు.

ORDER In reference 1st read above, orders were issued extending lockdown in the state of Telangana till 31st May 2020, vide reference 2nd and 3rd read above, certain relaxations were permitted.
2. The MHA has issued orders (From the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) Order No.40-3/2020-DM-I (A), dated 30.05.2020) for extension of lockdown in Containment Zones till 30th June 2020 and reopening of prohibited activities in a phased manner in areas outside Containment Zones.
3. The matter has been examined. It is decided that in areas outside Containment Zones, the lockdown orders, which are currently in force as per reference 1st read along with relaxations given in the reference 2nd & 3rd read above shall stand extended till 7th June 2020 with the following modifications: i. Restriction on movement of persons (other than for accessing emergency medical care) shall apply from 9 PM to 5 AM. No shops/establishments, except hospitals and pharmacies, will remain open after 8 PM. ii. There shall be no restriction on the inter-state movement of persons. No separate permission will be required for such movements.
4. In respect of Containment Zones, provisions of lockdown order, which are currently in force as per reference 1st read above, shall stand extended till 30th June 2020.
5. In exercise of powers conferred under the Disaster Management Act 2005, the undersigned, in his capacity as Chairperson, State Executive Committee hereby issues directions to all Departments of Government of Telangana, Collectors & District Magistrates and Commissioners / Superintendents of Police in the State to strictly implement the above orders with immediate effect.
