నేను డ్యూటీలో చేరాను, రాష్ట్ర ఎన్నికల కమిషనర్ రమేష్ కుమార్ ప్రకటన

హైకోర్టు తీర్పుననుసరించి తాను విధుల్లో చేరినట్లు రాష్ట్ర ఎన్నికల కమిషనర్ నిమ్మగడ్డ రమేష్ కుమార్ ఒక ప్రకటన విడుల చేశారు.

తాను ఎప్పటిలాగానే, నిర్దేశించినట్లు  విధులను నిష్పాక్షికంగానిర్వహిస్తానని ఆయనప్రకటనలో పేర్కొన్నారు.

రాష్ట్రంలో పరిస్థితులు సాధారణ స్థితికి రాగానే తాను అన్ని పార్టీలను సంప్రదించిన ఎన్నికల ప్రాసెస్ కొనసాగిస్తానని ఆయన ప్రకటనలో పేర్కొన్నారు.

ఈ వ్యవస్థలో వ్యక్తులు శాశ్వతం కాాదని, చివరన్న సంస్థలు, అవి శాసించే విలువలు మాత్రమే శాశ్వతమని ఆయన అన్నారు.

ఈ సంస్థలను, వాటి సమగ్రతను కాపాడే బాధ్యత రాజ్యాంగ బద్ధంగా ప్రమాణం చేసి పదవీబాధ్యతలు స్వీకరించిన వారి మీద మరీ ఎక్కువగా ఉంటుందని ఆయన ప్రకటనలో పేర్కొన్నారు. ఇదే ప్రకటన

After the Hon’ble High Court has reinstated me, I have resumed charge . I will discharge my duties fairly and impartially as I did in the past and as mandated.

In consultation with the principal stakeholders and all the political parties, I wish to resume the electoral process to the local bodies at the earliest on the return of normalcy!

Individuals are not permanent. But constitutional institutions and the values they represent alone are permanent in the end.

Those who have taken an oath of office to protect the constitution , have a greater responsibility to continue to protect and safeguard these institutions and their integrity.
