Speaking after inaugurating the wood carving event, Jnana , Vishnu Manchu said ‘I am an art and culture enthusiast, deeply passionate about promoting diverse art of India. The art of wood carving is regal and brings to life the history and cultural thread of India. Wood-working has a long and rich place in our history and I take great pride in hosting these phenomenal artists and their work through ‘Jnana’ in the great temple city.
“Wood carving still remains relevant today, as many objects in our everyday life are crafted from this sturdy form.” Vishnu added. I am pleased Radha Binod has agreed to curate this beautiful art event. His presence and his art expressions will add immense value to the whole gathering.
The event at Tirupati will be a treat to everyone to discover the works of wood art—as each of the artists transform the rigid form into something that’s beautiful and startling. The event also aims to inspire and provide opportunity for students from Sri Vidya Niketan Education Trust Campus and neighboring regions to discover and learn the style of wood carving, also the shades of paint that will make an individual an accomplished artist and art creators.
On the other hand, Radha Binod Sharma will inspire through his sessions the art of using a unique palette that illumines earthly matters and his characters with radiant light.
