BJP Rajya Sabha member Dr. Subramanian Swamy said many politicians are terrified of raising the issue of constructing Ram Mandir.
Even though the issue has been hanging fire for decades, the politicians are not at all insisting on the Mandir issue.
when the BJP led the minority NDA governments in the past, the vulnerable status of BJP was shown as an excuse to avoid the issue.
Now, the BJP has been leading the NDA government with enough strength to take a decision on the matter.
Still, there has been an intriguing silence. This is because, Dr. Swamy said, of politicians’ involvement in Hawal deals.
“Babri Masjid structure was demolished by a mob, Dawood gang killed 339 Mumbai citizens and injured four times as many by bombs. Many politicians are terrified of speaking for Ram Mandir today because of hawala disclosure by D gang,” Dr. Swamy said in the tweet today.
