It has been decided to extend the running of festival special trains originating from East Coast Railway jurisdiction up to the last week of December 2020. Presently, pairs of festival trains are originating from East Coast Railway jurisdiction.
01. 08479/08480 Bhubaneswar-Tirupati-Bhubaneswar weekly Special leaving from Bhubaneswar on every Saturday and from Tirupati on every Sunday will run up to 27th December 2020.
02. 02839/02840 Bhubaneswar-Chennai-Bhubaneswar weekly Special leaving from Bhubaneswar on every Thursday and from Chennai on every Friday will run up to 1st January 2021.
03. 02845/02846 Bhubaneswar-Bangalore Cant-Bhubaneswar weekly Special leaving from Bhubaneswar on every Sunday and from Bangalore Canton, every Tuesday will run up to 29th December 2020.
04. 02898/02897 Bhubaneswar-Puducherry-Bhubaneswar weekly Special leaving from Bhubaneswar on every Tuesday and from Puducherry on every Wednesday will run up to 30th December 2020.
05. 08496/08495 Bhubaneswar-Rameswaram-Bhubaneswar weekly Special leaving from Bhubaneswar on every Friday and from Rameswaram on every Sunday will run up to 27th December 2020.
06. 02859/02860 Puri-Chennai-Puri Special leaving from Puri on every Sunday and from Chennai on every Monday will run up to 28th December 2020.
07. 02851/02852 Visakhapatnam-Nizamuddin-Visakhapatnam Bi-weekly Special leaving from Visakhapatnam on every Monday & Friday and from Nizamuddin on every Wednesday & Sunday will run up to 30th December 2020.
08. 02887/02888 Visakhapatnam-Nizamuddin-Visakhapatnam Special leaving from Visakhapatnam on every Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday & Sunday and from Nizamuddin on every Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday will run up to 31st December 2020 from Visakhapatnam and up to 2nd January 2021 from Nizamuddin.
09. 02869/02870 Visakhapatnam-Chennai-Visakhapatnam Special leaving from Visakhapatnam on every Monday and from Chennai on every Tuesday will run up to 29th December 2020.
10. 02857/02858 Visakhapatnam-LTT-Visakhapatnam Special leaving from Visakhapatnam every Sunday and from LTT on every Tuesday will run up to 29th December 2020.
11. 08501/08502 Visakhapatnam-Gandhidham-Visakhapatnam Special leaving from Visakhapatnam every Thursday and from Gandhidham on every Sunday will run up to 3rd January 2021.
12. 07488/07487 Visakhapatnam-Cuddapa-Visakhapatnam Daily Special will run up to 31st December 2020 from Visakhapatnam and up to 1st January 2021 from Cuddapa.
Some special express train timings are going to be revised with effect from 01.12.2020 for which notification has been issued and updates notified in the official railway website of Railways. Hence it is appealed to the public to check the revised timings and act accordingly.
