As the nationwide lockdown slides into stage 4, the number of coronavirus cases in the country is inching towards one lakh.
On Monday morning, the tally was 95,500 cases with more than 3,000 deaths. So far, 34,109 people have been discharged from COVID-19 hospitals.
While the centre and state governments have been trying hard to contain the spread of the virus by tracking, isolating, and treating the infected persons, the uncontrollable rise of the positive cases is troubling the authorities.
