Japan has approved the antiviral drug Remdesivir for COVID-19  treatment in a fast-track review just four days after a US firm submitted an application.
Italy became the third country in the world to record 30,000 deaths from COVID-19  though the country is experiencing a dip in the fatalities. Italy has reported 243 deaths yesterday as against the daily tally of 274 the day before, reported  Aljazeera
